Meet the Foundation Staff

The Foundation is the bridge between grateful alumni and those critically in need of a helping hand to begin the process of recovery.

The staff at the Betty Ford Center Foundation works to secure the funding that will annually replenish the Financial Assistance Program for patients, build the endowment and underwrite other programs such as the Children's Program and Summer Institute for Medical Students.

As an integral part of the Betty Ford Center, the Foundation's efforts are entirely non-clinical and totally charitable. Call us today with your contribution questions or assistance with planning your gift.

John Boop
Senior Vice President, Betty Ford Center Foundation
John has been raising funds in the nonprofit sector for 35 years. He joined the Betty Ford Center in 1993 and coordinates all the fundraising activities for the Foundation.
Betsy Farver
National Development Officer
With a Masters degree in Addiction Counseling (MAAC) Betsy joined the Center in 2002. Her personal commitment to give back to the Center led her to the Foundation in 2004. Betsy strives to maintain the connection between alumni and the Center by developing opportunities for special gifts.

David P. Hutchison
Planned Giving Officer
Dave has over 30 years of experience providing estate planning, wealth management and philanthropic planning services to individuals as well as planned giving program services to non-profit organizations. Dave works with individuals who wish to support the Center in their estate planning.

Jeanette Janik
Major Gifts Officer
Jeanette has twenty years of fundraising experience.  She strives to create opportunities for potential donors to become more fully acquainted with the mission of the Betty Ford Center and its programs.  Her aim is to help donors fulfill their charitable giving goals through support of the Betty Ford Center.
Kelly Raguindin
Annual Gifts Manager
Kelly joined the staff of the Betty Ford Center 1986. In 2006 she was appointed annual gifts manager. In this capacity, Kelly works with current alumni/ donors who wish to continue their support on an ongoing basis, as well as introduces new alumni to the various giving opportunities they may choose to support.
Laura Hunt
Manager, Advancement Services
Laura brings her skills and experience in communications, database management and graphic design to the Foundation. She supports donor relations by overseeing publications and prospect management for the Foundation. She joined the Center in 2004.
Adrienne Kinsey
Grants Administrator
Adrienne joined the Center in 2006 bringing well-rounded skills and enthusiasm to the Foundation. By applying the knowledge she gained managing essential functions of non-profit organizations, Adrienne has enhanced the process of securing grant funding for the Center.
Deanna Rallo
Research Associate
Deanna brings her skills as a research librarian to the Foundation. In this capacity, she in an integral part of the fund raising efforts at the Betty Ford Center. She joined the Foundation in 2006.
Lisa Kay
Executive Secretary
Lisa joined the Foundation in 2007 with many years of experience in healthcare administration from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. She provides administrative support to the Foundation team and processes all charitable gifts made to the Betty Ford Center.
