Giving From Canada

Now Canadian residents may support the Betty Ford Society of Canada (“Society”), a nonprofit organization registered in Canada to provide financial assistance to individuals and families who have limited resources.

The Society’s goals are to:

  • Raise funds to assist Canadians in need of treatment at the Betty Ford Center
  • Partner with Canadians to fight the disease of addiction
  • Provide education to professionals, medical students and families to gain an understanding of addiction and its treatment.

In 2002, the Society received its Canadian charitable registration status (Number 88864-7971-RR001), resulting in favorable tax advantages for Canadians.
